Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 September 2026
TAEGIS AI SYSTEMS LLP (“TAEGIS”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at taegisai.space. This policy explains what personal data this website handles, why, and what rights you have under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
The short version. Google Analytics is optional and loads only when you choose “Accept analytics”. You can decline or change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. We also receive the information you choose to submit through our contact form.
1. Who we are
TAEGIS AI SYSTEMS LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its registered office at Bopal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. For any question about this policy or your data, write to hello@taegisai.space.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
If you submit our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, organisation, role, the type of enquiry, your country, your message, and your consent confirmation. You decide what to put in these fields. Please do not send classified, export-controlled or otherwise restricted material through this website — it is a public web form, not a secure channel.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server logs for every request — IP address, timestamp, the page requested, browser type and referring page. These are generated by the infrastructure to deliver the site, keep it available and defend against abuse. We do not use them to build profiles of visitors and we do not combine them with contact form submissions.
Optional analytics and tracking choices
- Without analytics consent, we do not load Google Analytics or set its cookies. Your choice is stored locally in your browser.
- With your consent, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure page visits and successful enquiries. We do not send contact-form field values to Analytics, and omit query strings and fragments from the page address and referrer we supply.
- No advertising networks, no retargeting, no cross-site tracking.
- No fingerprinting, session recording or heatmaps.
- Our fonts are served from our own domain, so visiting this site does not disclose your visit to a third-party font provider.
3. Why we use it
Contact form data is used for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it, and to keep a record of the correspondence. Server logs are used to operate and secure the website. Optional analytics helps us understand website use and improve the enquiry experience. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not use it to train machine learning models.
4. Where it is processed
If you accept analytics, Google processes website measurement data, which may be processed outside India. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in our website tag. Declining later stops future analytics collection and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase previously collected data.
This website is hosted on Vercel’s global edge network. Depending on where you are, pages may be served from infrastructure located outside India, and server logs may be processed there. Email correspondence is handled through our email provider. Where personal data is transferred outside India, we do so in accordance with applicable Indian law.
Our products, including the SANGAM platform, are deployed on-premises within customer environments and are entirely separate from this website. Nothing you submit here reaches those deployments, and data inside a customer’s SANGAM deployment never reaches us through this website.
5. How long we keep it
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records, then delete it. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider on their standard, limited retention schedule. If you ask us to erase your enquiry, we will do so unless we are required to retain it by law.
6. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:
- confirm what personal data of yours we hold and how it has been processed;
- correct or complete data that is inaccurate or out of date;
- erase data where we no longer have a lawful reason to retain it;
- withdraw a consent you previously gave, at any time;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.
To exercise any of these, email hello@taegisai.space. We will respond within a reasonable period. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place while the consent was valid.
7. Grievance redressal
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, contact our grievance point at hello@taegisai.space, marking your message “Data Grievance”. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry correspondence is limited to the people at TAEGIS who need it to respond. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, which is why we ask you not to send sensitive or restricted material through the contact form.
9. Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how this website handles personal data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
